This stock continues to completely defy conventional wisdom, or typical patterns one would expect (IMO). I am convinced that the 'usual' rules (bear runs prior to approval/non-approval, pullbacks, etc.) don't apply here. I have neglected work and watched this perform over the last couple of weeks (seriously worse than a crack addiction), and I just don't think I have a real sense for where this could go IF approval arrives next week.....
I am tempted to say - and I hope not to eat these words later - that a full FDA approval sends this beyond what many of us have previously speculated as a top limit. I think it is all driven by the fact that approval makes ARNA first to market in a huge (no pun intended) arena. This is the intangible that I think is driving this stock to act outside the scope of most other plays of a similar nature.
This could actually be one of those once in a lifetime huge hits that take your breath away when they explode.
Again - all IMO.....
