A couple of possibilities:

1) They haven't lost their litigation yet so they are just continuing with business as is until they either: a)lose the litigation or b) preliminary injunction.

2) They know something we don't know and are confident they are going to win the litigation with GERS.

Or all of the above.

What is the cost of the icm system and what is the cost for the Gers system? Does anyone know?
