I think you're correct, but I can tell you that 10 shareholders own more than 40% of the float.

I dont think that is the case cause then we will have like 35 shareholders in total based on the following link, as most or all the individual shareholders have a brokerage account with a broker.

Also that means pretty much all the stocks on the pinksheets should have 35 or so shareholders but thats not the case, as most of them have 300 or more and sometime in '000's
