It says a lot about the state of the company and it's lack of leadership at the top. I think this one is done. It's hard to believe with how promising the technology seemed, but the bottom line is if it can be mishandled it has been. It's a damn shame. We all should have made a fortune here.
I believe he was being used to secure Ads through the Ad Agencies in NY. He was a sub and maybe isn't needed anymore because the deals have been secured or because we can't pay him. Either way, he was just a sub through another organization. It was a mistake for him to put Tivus as his employer in the first place. All speculation on my part.
