A good list of possible QREDF killers. Would add the possibility that the preliminary economic assesment indicates the cost of mining the assets is just not economically viable. Management scandal or collapse of some sort is also possible.
I think it is difficult to quantify these risks, but I think the likely scenerio is that none of these play out. I think the assests are mineable at a good profit. Demand for niobium will rise and investors will realize a nice return on their investment. All JMO. GLTA.
