No, there weren't 80 voters who turned out, that is a percentage of shares voted. ~80.04% of shares were voted, that is the participation level.

Of that amount, 225,221,078 chose to vote on one proposal but not the other. As reported two months ago.

And less than 50 voted for the directors. So voter turnout was 50 for some proposals and 80 for others. Thanks again.
