Not at all likely.
There are only two types of halts. An SEC suspension, which almost never occurs at the time of day trading stopped and isn't likely to occur at this stage anyway. And a halt for news that is likely to cause a trading imbalance......we haven't seen any.

More likely a simple lack of buyers and sellers.
