ES is being added to the Russell Microcap Index this friday(June 22).Hoping this will have a positive effect on share price.

Totally agree! They have huge contracts already secured. Choose not to record bonuses for finishing work on time until actually received. And then there are the prospects for more work as countries are looking to decommission older nuclear plants which have been around for 40+ years.

This will go once people realize that this was just a one time lowering of estimates. Even that one analyst who lowered his price target went from $5 to $3.00. That's still 100% gain if it only goes to $3.
