Yes - Sounds like GEC Communities will be heading up the formation of these villages - "responsible for the oversight and installation of planned communities in a number of underdeveloped countries." GEC does soil and water (sewage too?) while using Eco's lumber & supplies and Real People Homes' development and building.
Should be getting more news on this very soon as actual construction is supposed to begin by the end of the year. Sounds like a deal is already done: "It is expected the first of these villages will begin construction by the end of the year with multiple locations being the ultimate goal. Additional information about this new and exciting business line will be forthcoming over the next few months."
