If I eliminate the extra swing and calculate manually the figures are as follows;

Swing High:
57.1% < the 71.2% SPY

Swing Low:
87.5% > the 79.1% SPY

Comparing the lows I get;
IWM: 0.29% higher
SPY: 0.35% higher

These values are in line with my expectations. SPY outperformed IWM at last weeks low.
