yeah, and i got burned on that when i first started out years ago, by watching the non L2 numbers before the market opened. I saw a gap up (which there really wasnt) and put my order in at the ask. Your's truly caused the gap up with my purchase, then it dropped back down immediately. I lost some $ on that....so i never care what it is before opening anymore :D
