O\S reduction news wouldn't help, because it would be an R/S, RIGH has no money to buy shares from anyone.

Angel posted in his own blog that the PPS was being kept at this level intentionally, that's enough to get him in hot water with the SEC right there, which may be why we are not seeing a name change at this point.
