because the link you are using to search is searching the dockets. Its not on the docket yet, its just been filed recently.

To search you need to use the public access:

http://www.courts.state.co.us/
Then "Public Access"
Then "Court Records Search"

There is a fee I think. I didn't use the search thing, I simply called the court at [phone] last week and checked. Lady told me it had been filed as the company stated in the PR and the case number is 2012CV34 (I left the '20' off in my prervious posts). She explained that when its put up for search that you can use the public search (described above. Simply call the court and ask. You can also email the attorney handling it and he will tell you also.

A register of actions available on commercial sites include civil, civil water, small claims, domestic, felony, misdemeanor, and traffic cases."

Thats what I did "contact the court in which the action was filed" at [phone]. The lady verified the case was filed as the company stated in PR.
