It's been "reported" that John Bourque has a signed , stamped, court order stating that his charges have been dismissed. If true that would mean that the Prosecuting Attorney, Defense Attorney and the Presiding Judge have already signed off on this and agreed to it. WHERE IS THAT SIGNED STAMPED ORDER JOHN BOURQUE!

How much further set in stone documentation is there? I'm positive that if his charges were truly dismissed as he has stated to others, then there would be no other court date set, no other appearance date set and other case status date set.

I agree with you completely. We don't find out until it is fact rather than speculation.
