You must first have a lot of patience to learn to have patience.

Disappointment about being neglected and impatience are two different things, but being neglected by management makes investors uneasy, anxious, resentful, and impatient.

This uneasy and resentful frame of mind causes a strong form of impatience to materialize.

A wife trusts that her husband loves her, but she nonetheless wants to be reassured of this on a regular basis by him saying so.

Retail longs want regular reassurances in the form of PRs at intervals that will keep impatience and uneasiness at bay.

There is an inherent form of selfishness at play here when management doesn't understand the obvious need of retail longs to be frequently reassured by formal announcements of signifacant developments.

The only reassuring thing to be 'divined' here is that they are so damned busy moving forward on so many different fronts that they hardly have time or energy to stop for PRs.

Some of the things they might want to announce they are holding back for now because their legal advisors are telling them to wait IMO.
