There's a big "IF" in your post. IF we get 5% of our shares and IF it is valued at $1.00. Where do you come up with these fantasy numbers? Value the new company at $1.00? There is a good chance we get squat. Your positive spin doesn't correspond to what is happening to the share price right now.
