MY TD account shows the same but on the trade architect it shows CSTI at the bid at .021 and the ask as well at .0255. I'm not quite certain if I expect it to trade or not. Doesn't really matter to me because I am holding either way. I'm not trying to say anyone should hold, everyone should make their own choices. I simply have a hardware store and a farm and if it goes to zero then I have a write off, if it turns out good I make a profit. I'm fine with either, although I prefer the profit. LOL
