Patents are not bad or Unamerican, but creating companies that do nothing fabricate patent suits outta thin air in an attempt o be shut up by Giants like GOOG, MSFT, APPL are pathetic and as useless to the growth of America as Chinese Goods piled up to the rafters in US basements!!! After all where is your generation gonna sleep if your mom keeps shopping at Walmart?? The garage? Dog house? Back porch??

Hudson Bay (Sander Gerber) owns 6.7m shares of VRNG.

Lycos reportedly sold the patents for $3.2 M, paid for by Innovate/Protect with a promissary note from Hudson Bay Master Fund, part of a billion dollar hedge fund.

Hudson Bay just announced a 13G filing (and $3.5m investment) in MGT.
