I feel you may have a valid point...twt...I would like to suggest in an effort to end the tedium and move forward that we limit posts to less than the current thousand per unique poster to @125 reiterating the same thing over and over...penaly is for their own sanity...and mine that they are required to make the phone call to the proper person and get the skinny straight from the horeses mouth......rambling...my strong suit

Money should not be the driving force, but since we live in a capitalistic country, it takes money to get things done, which the company does not have (but does seem to have enough to pay out bonuses to the executives).
