Appears you can't count and have never seen lab setups that house 2 companies, including storage, reference library and office space. My office alone is 400 sq ft for one person and I share a 600 sq ft reference library and archive.

NNVC's space is 5000 sq ft and TheraCour's is 7000. I know it sounds like a huge space, if it were a house or upscale restaurant, but 12,000 sq ft isn't really that much when it includes development and in vitro lab space.
