Lawyers are just counsel; they don't run the company. Jeff can release updates whenever he feels fit, even if the lawyers tell him it's a bad idea. I can understand waiting on lawyers for a response to MMG, but anything else can be, and should be, updated to shareholders without having it blessed by lawyers.
That was what i had in mind before because i understand the legal process dealing with things like this. But the company needs to keeps its shareholder informed that it is handling the situation. IMO It is not too much to ask.
