Where is it printed that shimadzu approached the company? I know it's a rumor posted by some who want the price to go up but I dont see it anywhere? Everything posted here is rumor. You can find facts in the 10-q. So all of a sudden 18 years of awful sales and major dilution has changed in the last three months because of what? A few distribution agreements just like the past 18 years? Wow.
