That's outdated info. Bloomberg reports the openig is now planned for July. First, CAGR lied and said April. Then we found out the lease said May, all along. Then we found out they needed 6 months rent up front plus a $5K deposit. Then we heard it would be June. Then we find out they may not have paid the rent as yet and we find out via Bloomberg it is now "planned" for July.
