Yes pete6 I like your real post... yes we can be on the edge of our seats waiting for this to get the funds to get started.... for the DR and florida. But I feel Val won't let this pass him by he holds the key to the DR.

I do, on part one. I've dumped a lot of pennystock (and S&P 500 for that matter) that was heading down, others I did sell at a profit and looke at them now and then, also spiraled down. Others don't move but sideways. It's the economy. Any company trying to get up and moving has a real struggle right now. Part two, not that long at all. He took over a defunct company that did not have an well-established client list as far as I can tell, and profits were assumed to be in the tank at that time, and we're back to the economy issues again.
