That's an interesting contrarian view which I tend to agree with if it's a prepackaged reorg. Most likely somebody wants to make this company work beyond the greed story behind the scenes, which hasn't been revealed. Any public look at the court docs may give us a hint. However, the big, unanswered question is the status of the current clients. Are there any left or have they all jumped ship?
