Who has more authority? A director, an officer, or a "Chief of technology"?

Who gives a rat's ass? First everyone called for JB to step down as CEO - for the good of the company. Now that he has found a very reputable, and experienced CEO and JB has become the CTO, it isn't good either?
Come on! JB is now doing what he has extensive knowledge at, leaving the CEO responsibilities to Kevin Rauber. The goal here is to catapult JBI into the stratosphere as it relates to becoming a household name, making unlimited revenue, and helping the planet get rid of all it's unwanted unrecyclable waste plaastic. Who cares which has more authority? The objective is for the success of the company, not who's is bigger...

It's alright. John is the founder of the technology, it is however a public company and is run with the best interests of the shareholders in mind.

The company is going to move forward with building machines that convert waste plastic to fuel. The company is going to move forward with its 10 year contract with Rock Tenn.
