Doesn't Bordynuik have issues personally crossing the border?

Or should I say, doesn't the USA have issues with his crossing?


Bordynuik would be assigned to stay on the Candian-side of the border to manage the recycling plant (doesn't take much brains or experience), which would afford him the time to tinker with old computer parts and plan future scams.
