if they do use the shoulder bar, they definitely need to go bigger and bolder.

one thing the shoulder bar would do, is lend itself to different and subtle variations, i.e. black shirt with purple insert and purple "Fuse" with white outline on front.

I also think they need a 100% cotton tee. I'm pretty sure the material is poly ... (probably the new sweat wicking material, which is fine), but they need an all-cotton tee as well.
