SAPX has months before delist (on grounds of trading under $1.00)

BUT

It might delist for market abuse (dilution engine) rather quicker
Or get delisted because of the PIPE / LIFE deals
Or delist for bankruptcy
Or delist if investigated by Federal Authorities
Or delist to avoid claims from Louisiana State Tax authority (for abuse of Movie / Historic Building / Infrastructure Credits)
Or delist because of actions in the UK by the Liquidator to recover the assets that were improperly transferred to the USA
Or delist because Hoffman gets arrested
Or delist because of failure to file proper accounts
Or delist because of past failures to file UK accounts (different company, but same listing ticker, so they are still offences)
Or delist because of UK investigations in abuses of the AIM listing there in the past (again, same ticker that transfered)

So, maybe it will
