hmmmmm....interesting. Time to do some digging into this. Something is fishy here.

I did a few searches on various search engines and the PRWeb PR is the only coverage I see on this filing. Nothing in Pacer, nothing on SEC.gov, nothing on the company's website, nothing other than this one article. No major news outlets republished it either (with the exception of the San Francisco Chronicle, but it links to the original PR from the original source). Typically you will see other business news outlets pick up a story like this. In fact, IHUB seems to be the only site really seeing much activity about it.

I'm not saying this whole bankruptcy thing isn't real, but there are a lot of "missing links" here.....

If someone else can find more information out there, please share it with everyone. Thanks in advance.

yes i saw it. interesting. it would seem to me that only ihubers are a aware of any bankruptcy. since we are the ones as individuals who owns so much shares. there is going to be a sell off come monday. but guess what. alot will be bought. and as the pps sprirals down more will be accumulated. who ever they are. they will stop at nothing until they are satisfied with the amount of shares they have. the last time the company so called put out a release, that fong had left was after it was officially put out across the board by another company that he will be working for them that we actually saw something on this prweb site that something like that happened. the one to give such news first should have been atrinsic. i smell greed. lol
