Trial date is set.... was set some time ago.
The Markman is most forthcoming (Aug 28th).
Pursuant to that, scheduling is in place for all matters (incl discovery) pre trial (June). if you really cared about the stock you would know that by registering to to the site that provides all this information..... over to you!
