Believe me, I'm hoping we do. However, what if they sold everything, the code, the software, everything and what is now left is office furniture and paper supplies. I'm not selling here, but if we get shafted I'm not stopping until these people are in a court room with me.
Well also to add on an more important note they filed chapter 11 not 7. I would like to see trading hatled.. because it looks like to me they already have there plane on reorganisation and will file it soon. If shareholders agree its a done deal we all move on.
Kapla I agree. I firmly believe the BOD made sure to put that clause of "existing equity holders" to stave off what they know is around the corner if they otherwise didn't. If this a foreign company based in kazahkstan they might get away with screwing us but it's not. The BK is already priced in and this could still bounce big time before June 30th imo. It would be really unusual if they halt trading but I don't believe they will. By the way I'm in norcal as well.
