Issue us though atrinsic doesn't have a single person on their employee list working in that field, Emanuel doesn't work for the company anymore. Is he full of shit or will this be awesome court case ..

I can't comment on the 1st PR as I didn't personally didn't get confirmation from anyone at the company that it was authentic. However, I know several posters here that I trust that did confirm the 1st PR really came from the company.

As for the second PR regarding the hiring of the CRO and Fong's departure, that definitely came from the company. I had spoken to Jonathan Friedman just 3 hours before that PR came out and I had specifically spoke to him about the Fong departure and how shareholders only found out through the Motricity announcement. As I posted that day, he told me an announcement would be coming from the company shortly, although he would not specify a date/time. Then by the end of the day, a PR was released. I am therefore certain PR #2 came from the company, even if through PRWeb.
