I know a bunch of investors that did that with another penny however it didn't work because of massive dilution which should not be a problem with HLNT . There has been no AS increase according to Nik's reports from the TA therefore we shouldn't have that problem.
Sal,after making my final purchase of HLNT Shares this morning at the ask,lol I also put a limit order in at TD Ameritrade. I put it in for $0.25 GTC(In JM I trust!).
However as explained in the past on other sub penny and penny boards by people who seemed to know what they were talking about I don't believe it prevents shorts from selling their shares if we use a pps for our limit that's much higher than the current pps as many on the board have suggested. The explanation was that the limit order to sell would have to be much closer to the current pps. Otherwise the brokers feel safe enough to loan the shares to the shorts knowing that the execution pps to sell is way off. And who wants to take the chance of being stopped out if there is a surge in pps before they hit their actual sell price which in the case of HLNT is probably much higher for most if not all of us. I must admit I could be completely wrong about this.
I bring it up so maybe some longs more articulate than I could call their respective brokers and find out what their particular firms guidlines on the subject are. Then they could share the information with the board so we all will know.
