How do we know the processor is currently profitable? Anyone here seen their books?

Anyone else concerned that somehow after acquisition (if) that the real processor numbers will have to be reported with SMKYs filings, and maybe they wont be so rosey? Unforeseen costs etc. Private company books were sloppy, etc, blah blah.
