As I see it, and this is only opinion, the company is at a critical period when it needs all the testing material it can put together between now and the start of human testing. Enough material to get through all tox studies and at least a dozen or more people. Consolidating everything into a new location will be a major disruption and I doubt they will do that until the new equipment is in place in the new cGMP. In the meantime, the smart move is to keep plugging away at the current site which is adequate at 10K sq ft plus.
