RAFF can not short a stock all day everyday. They do not even short. Most odf these pennies are not shorted much, any dilution or selling by a large seller will look like shorting. Now I wonder what the SEC would think of that email from the CEO stating that RAFF has shorted. Unreal what is called DD here. Thanks for the email. I will forward it to the appropriate authorities. I told you I used to handle incvestments for a living back in the 80's. I suggest more people do DD and find out who RAFF is. He has shares to sell. He got them from somewhere!!!
