Sounds reasonable enough, but it is beyond my expertise. I do wonder why the OTC data show biweekly (rather than daily) data.

Dude, you are so wrong. Not sure why it hasn't started yet but we are going to get hit with 1.8mil volume by eod tomorrow. Of course, I would have thought it would have started by now. But then again, I suppose today's volume of 2,774 is a start towards 1,800,000.

I think that the market-maker CSTI initiated a large short position last Friday (about 1.8 Million shares shorted last Friday, & most of that was by CSTI - I think)... They have until this Friday to buy those shares back, & they have probably covered a small percentage of their initial short position. Right now CSTI is shorting more shares (500K at $0.019) in the hopes that this wall will inspire us to fill their orders at $0.017...
