I received it on an old scottrade alert i had on BEDA (before it went totally under) otherwise I would have had no idea. I graciously posted before the bell to try and give you all a warning, even though i still owned a small position. I let you know that i sold everything, you can search and find it in google. it's not an official press release but some sort of court proceedings... just trying to help out here... evph might still go higher, i don't know, just thought i owed to some to let them know what i found since i was pumping it alot yesterday... my apologies if u get stuck in it, i just found this news yesterday late and put 2 and 2 together...
