Not sure if they are audited or not but yahoo has Viper's annual income statement and balance sheet for period ending December 30th 2011. Hope that helps

I believe they said they were trying to get them done by the end of this month

As I recall there's a 2011 year-end audited statement. Last years numbers were terrible, I would disregard them.
