#25028 RE: tradinggreen #25027

I do think it is a good development having him on board but the more I think about the hurdles faced in establishing an operating company and the time everything is taking the more I am inclined towards a buyout sooner rather than later. The working capital requirements to produce any significant numbers of machines are beyond this company particularly with a wallowing sp. All funding is tied in some way to the sp and the market is just not buying into the potential we can all see. It is a chicken and egg argument in that without orders the market will not acknowledge the potential but a big player will have the resources to get this product to market a lot quicker and more effectively. A big player will also pay for potential they see in a product. It has been a significant achievement to have got Asepticsure to this point but maybe we are being too ambitious trying to take things to the next stage particularly when a buyout is the end goal anyway ? Balzer seems to be capable of effecting either strategy and it would be interesting to know if it is being considered. I obviously think it should be.
