(TSX:ZAR) (TSX:ZAR.DB) ("Zargon") confirms that the monthly cash dividend for the month of June in the amount of Cdn. $0.10 per common share will be paid on July 16, 2012 to shareholders of record on June 30, 2012. The ex-dividend date is June 27, 2012. The Board of Directors has also approved the current dividend policy of $0.10 per common share per month for the third quarter of 2012 based on the current economic conditions of our business.
