I believe they are done... They took this down WAY too fast to see a return on their shares.... This will bounce hard before the start up again! Might as well CAPITALIZE now!
There are 54 more business days left where Radient is prohibited from declaring bankruptcy. If the lenders manage to sell about 70,000 per day, they will not exceed the 5 billion authorized during that time.
It will be interesting to see how many shares the lenders sold today when the FINRA short sale data is published in a few hours.
