D*&m him for working with customers instead of holding investors hands! We need our daily cuddling and caressing for frayed nerves and he's showing them more attention than us. How will we ever achieve fair market value if he's always working with clients?

I have been requesting the O/S for weeks and still have not got it, this is not rocket science....

He was able to read his email and update an individual investor. Doesn't really matter, he'll get to whatever when he feels it's time.

He knows the O/S off the top of his head, instead of typing ASAP, he could have typed *** million O/S, and been done with it, he knows what is going to happen when the news breaks, if he is diluting, he will wait until he can sell off all he needs to.
