Bob......even with all of the subsidies and financial power of the big oil companies here, they may be starting to face their own big uphill battle, as oil costs become prohibitive.
The economics of the situation, alone, are providing alternative energy with a big opportunity.
Emerging nations may be in a situation whereby they simply bypass oil to a large degree.
Ironically, we may remain focused on oil while third world countries emerge with alternatives/renewables.
