Not sure why ne1 accumulates any stock if they think their initial buys are always and/or ONLY supposed to be perfectly timed.

Successful investors/traders do their due ahead of time and plan their strategies according to their own personal penny playing methodologies knowing full well NO-ONE has perfect entry point timing EVERY time out.

Personally speaking my biggest winners in the penny casino have ALWAYS come on stocks I've patiently accumulated large positions on over the course of several weeks time while the stock has embarked on a significant uptrend...which strangely enough is exactly my strategy/expectation factor here glta
