2 Key words "common" and "sale" make that statement true.
More like:
Give, trade, barter common stock and sell trade barter all other stock.
Don't tell me it isn't so, cause I know how he paid his IR guy. I know how he paid Cornell. I know how he makes acquisitions.

Then those people convert/sell it. Get real.
