Hal: ICU will have egg on his face in my opinion. I dont know when the filing will come out, but I have talked to Chef Jon and this man does not appear to me to be a liar. Maybe he got through Yale lying and cheating his butt off, but I doubt it. Maybe he only learned from perhaps the best chef and most popular restaurant in New York City because he is that liar that ICU claims. The guy is legit in my book, thus the filings will be here soon (obviously I dont know the exact day, but it could be tomorrow or any day in September - just cannot see it going past that. BTW: ICU - that is not a prediction - I have never made a "prediction" only a guess based on what I have been told and what seems logical. My guesses are still valid as we have not been that far away from the end of July./
