The trip is not over yet 'urbansndaup'. My shares also show zero value and have now for nearly 6 months. This is due to the delisting of APXR which results in the zero value. What it actually is is the brokers are "unable to access the SP" due to the delisting (trading authorization revoked by the SEC).
Once APXR updates there filings the SP will once again show. My broker has confirmed that my shares are still very real but they are unable to see a market share price until Apex becomes current with there SEC filings.
I hope this makes sense.
What doesn't make sense is why Apex has said and done nothing since they were delisted, IMO.
