What's "high octane" supplements?

There are many many safe supplements that even pregnant women can take. Such as whey protein for example.

Of course there are supplements safe for children and minors.

Ignorant definition (lacking knowledge or comprehension of the thing specified)means someone who is uneducated, and you are very uneducated on supplements that is all. Like I said I agree with your post and your overall opinion, but to say a blank statment like you did saying "Supplements are for adults not minors" makes you look like you have absolutly no idea about supplements. Thats all, I agree with every business aspect you stated. Just before you start shooting off about something you apprently have no clue about please do research first. POSITIVE. Hope you have a great day!!!!

Keith G I'll have to agree once again with Mr. Oldengray....Keith from a consumer point of view and background you seem to bring quite a bit to this board....but I'm all with Oldengray on this.

These are basically drugs that haven't been studied long enough to truely know what they hold down the line..not saying they are bad, but I am sure that they will be revised as more knowledge becomes available.

I was on a path to be a professional athlete, but the idea of consuming something manufactured never has and never will sit well with me (personally). Until my children are old enough (preferable to till their oldengray) I will not allow them to use these types of products.

I honestly don't have further input than that as for all I know McDonalds is worse, but they won't be eating this either.

I personally believe in a balanced diet, but nobody is perfect....my treats are alcohol and a cigarette.
